Can I install Software Change Management 13.0.3 on Linux 8?

SCM 13.0.4 is certified for Linux 8. However, there is no public document stating 13.0.3 is certified for Linux 8 and in order to install/upgrade to 13.0.4, 13.0.3 would need to be installed first so the question becomes can someone install 13.0.3 on Linux 8?

Yes. 

Though it is not stated explicitly, the installation path implies that 13.0.3 is also certified for Linux 8.
