New agents are not reporting data in DX APM SAAS tenant

Issue/Introduction

We have some APMIA agents that are not showing on APM UI. We see following messages in the agent logs:

Resolution

DX APM SAAS team resized the tenant, after the resize of the tenant there are no agents in disallowed mode. The tenant appeared to max out at the 1.5M metric limit with less than 100 agents. It is recommended to review the agent configuration to understand why having such high metric count with just small number of agents and possibly tune the agent configurations to reduce the excessive metric reporting.
