When trying to run SOI reports, unable to select parameters for the report like time period, service, etc.

Steps to resolved issue.
For some unknown reason, SOI Report was uninstall and left SOI Reports in Jaspersoft.
1) Login to Jaspersoft
2) Delete the Alerts View and Business Service View from the Dashboards.
3) Delete all SOI reports from Reports Repository
4) Install SOI Report using reports.exe from patch SO12898
Customer is now able to run SOI reports without any problems.
