Create from Template dialogue creating a 'failed to create project' error

Issue/Introduction

It's not possible to create a Project from a template, if the template's Blueprint has an OBS field on the "Create from Template" option.

1. Create an OBS and associate it to the Project object.

2. Ensure that the attribute is configured with an API name, so it can be accessed in the MUX

3. Create a Blueprint. On the "Create from Template" option, add the OBS attribute.

4. Associate the Blueprint to a Template Project.

5. Create a new Project from a Template, and use the Template modified in step 4.

6. On the Create from Template screen, attempt to assign a Unit from the OBS field that was added.

7. When attempting to create the Project, it will fail with an error "Failed to Create Project"
