When we are in Cabi and try to schedule a report the report never send emails and the report status stuck in "EXECUTING"
1 - Verify the js.quartz.properties file has all the correct data about the SMTP server and Cabi

2 - Verify there is an outbound rule for SMTP on the CABI server
- RDP to the CABI server.
- Open the Windows PowerShell then type wf
a new window will open for the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
- On the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security> select Outbound Rules
- Check if there is a rule that exists for SMTP TCP (25 by default)
