User is unable to save a dashboard. Instead, the AWI returns an error message.

Release : 12.2, 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

1.) Rename the current felix.properties file located in the tomcat folder.

2.) Copy the felix.properties file from the installation image

3.) Restart tomcat

Please expect some downtime while doing the procedure.
