Customized Alarm Title are not displaying in Spectrum OneClick correctly

Issue/Introduction

The Alarm Title for the Prob04bd013c_en_US Probable Cause file had been customized to add additional information.

When an alarm is asserted that uses the Prob04bd013c_en_US Probable Cause file, the Alarm Title column in Spectrum OneClick does not reflect the customized Alarm Title. It only reflects the original Alarm Title.
