Blank page to the Cloud Secure Web Gateway Portal after switching from Portal mode to Management Center

Issue/Introduction

Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG) configuration setup via Cloud SWG Portal. Administrators log in and can successfully apply any configuration change.

To provide more flexibility in the Cloud SWG configuration, the administrator wants to switch to Cloud SWG portal management via Management Center (UPE)  

After the customer's tenant was switched to use the new Management Center (UPE), the admin user sees a blank page after logging in; no options appear on the left-hand side of the panel.

"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')" error visible in CONSOLE tab on browser Developer Tools.

Cause

Some Cloud SWG administrators do not have access to complete the configuration wizard after the policy source switch.

Resolution

The configuration wizard is only available to the primary Cloud SWG administrator.

Make sure to log in with the primary Cloud SWG administrator to complete the policy source switch.

Developer tools Console log shows the following error handling the app.js page being rendered

Cloud SWG primary admin has permission to retrieve the component information when the initial switchover from Portal mode to Management Center takes place.
