DX OI SaaS and UIM Alarms Synchronization are not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

With our UIM alarms integration , there are many duplicate alarms being created in DX OI and alarms are also not being closed/updated when there is any change in the alarm in UIM.

Resolution

Test build provided to the customer. The test fix is working as expected. We will include the fix in the upcoming Release.
