Issue/Introduction
BG services stopped after Microsoft KB update, we had to restart them. Why does this happen?
Resolution
- We recommend the Clarity services to be stopped before every OS Maintenance update. This is best practice
- Once maintenance is completed, start them back.
- If you are not able to stop services, we recommend to check them after the maintenance to ensure they are running properly.
