Could not upload logo error - Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

When trying to upload a new branding logo for the New UX the following error is noted:

App logs:

ERROR xxx  xx object.ODFAbstractObjectImpl (clarity:user SESSION_ID...:PPM_REST_API) Could not save document someFile.png exception com.ca.clarity.union.search.engine.SearchException: SRCH-02001: Error while retrieving search contents. Contact your system administrator.WARN niku.union (clarity:user:SESSION_ID:PPM_REST_API) Error writing file someFile.png to file system was not found in file: messages_en.properties

Environment

Clarity MUX 15.9.2

Cause

DMS (knowledge store) issue which may be resulting from a recent refresh activity.

Resolution

Need downtime to run commands to reindex knowledge store.

1. Stop clarity services
2. Run clarity admin commands:
   
   admin search recreate-index-files
   admin search recreate-index-data
   
   
3. Start clarity services.
