Issue/Introduction

Xogging in a requisition does not add Start date, Finish date and Average Rate in the list view

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a requisition for a team member of a project 
2. Go to Team -> Requisitions. Check that the requisition has Start, Finish and Average Rate values
3. Xog out the requisition (requisitions_read.xml template can be used) 
4. Delete the requisition from Team -> Requisitions 
5. Xog in the requisition 

Expected Results: The requisition that has just been xogged in is the same as xogged out; it has all values in the list view.

Actual Results: The requisition that has just been xogged in does not show any Start or Finish date, or Average Rate value.
