Getting "No Alarms found" error message on alarms view in UIM OC

Issue/Introduction

Unable to see the live alarms flow in the alarms bar in the Operator console. It is showing the no matching alarms found.

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - ALARM VIEWER

Resolution

Check if there is an advanced filter is selected.
For example on the below screenshot the probe column filter was selected Probe = "sla_engine" on the advanced filter, please remove the filter and check if there are alarms.

To remove the advanced filter, select the filter icon next to the probe column and then clear the filter.
