It appears those are all ports.
Ports will go down, typically, with event code 10d66.
Event 10d67 is the clearing event:
The issue appears to be that you guys have turned off logging for 10d67:
Because that event is not logged, SRM is never seeing those ports come back online.
You will need to remove that entry from the custom/events/eventdisp file. Or edit the event in the Event Configuration to be stored in the historical database.
This will not be retroactive since the conditions have already happened.
