Summary tasks can get assignments from Microsoft Project

Issue/Introduction

It is possible to add an assignment to a summary task via Microsoft Project. After saving, an error stating that 'Summary task assignments are not supported.' will be displayed, along with a 'Project save failed.', but the project will be saved and the summary task will have the assignment(s) in Clarity.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project in Clarity, add some team members, and create a summary task and a regular task.
2. Open the project in MSP.
3. Assign a resource to both the summary task and the regular task.
4. Save the project back to Clarity.
5. An error is displayed: 'Summary task assignments are not supported.'
6. A second error is displayed: 'Project save failed.'

Expected Results: Project is not saved, so no task has any assignments. Specifically, as summary tasks do not support assignments, the summary task does not have any assignment.

Actual Results: Project is saved, both tasks have the assignments, including the summary task.

Release : 15.9.2

Resolution

The issue cannot be reproduced in our development environment, which will be released as Clarity 15.9.3.
