Issue:

Manual Notification in Xflow interface does not use default notification template.

Steps:
======

-> In xflow interface in a ticket click on "notify" , type the text and send the notification.

 

-> The end user will receive plain text Manual Notification with only the text entered. 

 

 

-> Unlike regular GUI where whole default manual notification template is sent.

Release : 17.3

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

This is a known defect and is currently under investigation by Engineering team with defect id - DE61862
Kindly raise a case with support to know the status of Defect.
