url_response crashes using additional header greater than 2k characters

Issue/Introduction

I'm monitoring a url using an Additional Header. When i test it, the result is fine. 

However, when I try to save it, the probe crashes. 

The header is around 6000 Characters

Environment

Release : UIM 9.x / 20.x

Component : UIM - URL_RESPONSE 4.47

Cause

url_response 4.47 does not support additional Header greater than 2k characters. 

Resolution

The backend libs limit had been increased to 8K now.
