TDM Portal PII Audit Heatmap slow to load

Issue/Introduction

In the TDM Portal when opening a PII Audit Job Request it takes several minutes to load the Heatmap.
There are over 200 tables in the Heatmap. 
Also clicking Investigate it takes a long time for details to appear.
