Issue/Introduction

Users are being scored against Risk Vectors despite not being members of the vectors' underlying entity collections.

Cause

Analyzer-based Risk Vectors are calculated from dimensions and measures in the RiskFabric OLAP cube. Multi-dimension transitive relationships may produce unexpected results, depending upon the dimensions selected (for example, DIM incident field to web activity event field by way of a user dimension is not a natural join because they are disparate event types).

Resolution

Create SQL-based risk vectors to circumvent the limitations of cube-based (Analyzer) risk vector definitions in traversing multiple dimensions.
