How to check if WCC is up and running if no access to a web browser

Issue/Introduction

How can we check if WCC is up and running if we have no access to a web browser.

Environment

Release : 12

Component : AUTOSYS WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Resolution

1. unifstat should show following 2 services running

CA-wcc-services Server                 145226  running
CA-wcc Server                               145276  running

2. run following command to check if WCC is operational

grep "startup in" $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/log/*.log

    You must get following message:

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2021/07/08 10:46:18 |     1002 | INFO: Server startup in [123,456] milliseconds
