If there is loss of connection between the gateway and SaaS server, this can invalidate the tokens that are generated at startup.
The Onprem Gateway has been enhanced to reauthenticate where the token is deemed to have expired.
Please download the latest version of the gateway to benefit from this change.
To verify the installed version, the updated jar file version for onprem, will be 1.20 (or higher). This can be found in the DX-Gateway/Onprem folder
