Nimsoft Connector is initializing

Issue/Introduction

We have renamed the UIM database server name and the same also has been updated in the Nimsoftconnector.xml on the Nimsoft connector server, but still the Nimsoft connector is not coming 'Online'.  It remain in the 'Initializing' state for long time.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : SOI Manager

Cause

When configuring the UIM connector with the new UIM database information, this issue will occur if the wrong file is edited:

(ie. CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\connector-registry\topology\physical\<HOSTNAME>_CatalystConnector\modules\configuration\Nimsoftconnector.xml which is the backup location). 

The connector doesn't use files from the connector-registry location.

When the correct file is edited, the UIM connector will come online after restarting the Catalyst Container service:

CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\registry\topology\physical\<HOSTNAME>_CatalystConnector\modules\configuration\Nimsoftconnector.xml
