SSL Spectrum connection fails after PC migration

Issue/Introduction

We migrated CA Performance center to a new server yesterday following below documentation:
Migrate Performance Center (broadcom.com)

After the migration, we are getting SSL communication error when trying to connect to spectrum. 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : CA MEDIATION MANAGER

Cause

Firewall was resetting the connection to the Spectrum data source

Resolution

Configured firewall and connection to Spectrum now works
