Recent Upgrade Spectrum and SDP can't sync with DX-OI SaaS

Issue/Introduction

We recently upgraded to Spectrum 10.4.3 - we are integrating with DX OI SaaS version but it is not connecting.

Release : 20.2

Cause

Seeing a 504 error in SDP log: 

2021-06-18 14:08:09,600 ERROR : [manager.DOISync] [pushToAXA] - Catching
com.ca.spectrum.spub.common.ConnectorException: Post information failed.HTTP error code : 504 URL : https://api.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com:443/ingestion

Resolution

Check running version of Spectrum Data Publisher. Spectrum SDP needs to be version 10.4.3 or higher for compatibility with DX OI SaaS

To obtain the latest SDP for your Spectrum version, go to OneClick Administration page > Analytics Configuration. Click on "Integration Components" and take this to the <SDP> install machine and re-install updated SDP.
