Project created from Template uses same ID for Risk, Issue, and Change

Issue/Introduction

When a project is created from template that has risk/issue/change request, the risk/issue/change request is copied to project but the code (auto-numbered) also remain same as template. 

Is this expected?

Release : 15.8, 15.9

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

This is working as designed.
