Undefined Error Banner Displays When Navigating to Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

All users are receiving the message banner with generic error: undefined

 

Cause

This is caused by an invalid identifier.

In one reported case, the following error appears in the APP log:
ERROR 2021-07-09 14:23:25,913 [https-jsse-nio2-8443-exec-716] ppm.rest (clarity:admin:session:PPM_REST_API) {"attributeCode":"company_logo","resourceId":1,"versionId":5013510,"resourceName":"odf_brand","fileId":5013509}

which indicates an issue with loading a logo.

Resolution

Set the company logo in the Modern UX > Administration Module > Settings > Branding > Header Logo

which is the <server>/pm/#/admin/settings/branding  page

Click button(Upload New Logo) to reset the logo.
