in dashboard designer, parameter can sometimes not be edited when it is the only parameter

Issue/Introduction

When creating a new dashboard using the Link widget, after adding a single parameter, the value of that parameter cannot be changed if the dashboard has been saved and reloaded.

After changing the value of the parameter, it reverts to the old value immediately.
