User cannot add Associated Documents to a Software Purchase

Issue/Introduction

Previously a user was able to add Associated Documents to a Software Purchase. They can no longer do so.

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Cause

Someone removed the folder permissions from the AppID account.

Resolution

Give appropriate folder permissions to the AppID (Service Account)
