Unable to update Activation Complete Event in policy editor

Issue/Introduction

Trying to edit the stop and start fields in the policy editor and when I attempt to save the changes,  I get "input required":

The point and shoot option for this does not provide anyway to edit this field from what I can see or can I edit on the screen as the field is protected.

Cause

The "Step Through" option was set to N in the Policy Manager Resource List panel.

Resolution

Set "Step Through" to Y in the Policy Manager Resource List panel:
