CA Advanced Authentication - Strong Authentication (AuthMinder / WebFort)

Issue/Introduction

Can Advanced Authentication case manager alerts be forwarded to another case manager tool used by our enterprise fraud management team?  They use a different case management system and we currently use some other products that forward alerts to it.

Release : 9.1

Component : AuthMinder(Arcot WebFort)

Resolution

Our Case management does not forward alerts to another systems but only maintains in our DB, there is no mechanism to forward those and additionally we do not know what other case management is expecting format wise.

This will be an enhancement request in the product and if you want this feature then please raise the Enhance request in Broadcom communities and engage with the Account team who can help prioritizing this.
