EEM is down - it worked and then it quit

Seeing the below message in the igateway.log:

unable to acquire free connection [port : 5250]

Environment

Release : 12.6.2

Component : Embedded Entitlements Manager

Windows

Resolution

Verify that there is not another application that is using port 5250 by running the following command:

netstat -an | findstr 5250

Look in the Windows Event Viewer to see if the machine is having any network issues
