Issue/Introduction

After pinning many columns in the Modern UX grid view, the rest of the grid becomes inaccessible and it just disappears.
Similarly, if the size of the window is smaller (e.g.: the window is resized, or the view is accessed by someone else that has a smaller screen), those columns will disappear as well.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load the Projects tile in the Modern UX, in Grid view.
  2. Pin some columns to the left. Pin as many columns as the window width allows to fill in the available space.

Expected Results: A minimum width (e.g.: one column) is displayed on the non-pinned part so that it is accessible and scrollable.

Actual Results: Non-pinned part completely disappears from the view.

  1. Similarly, share a view that is not filling all the available space with another user that has a smaller screen / different window size.

Expected and Actual Results: Same as earlier description.
