Issue/Introduction
Migrating from CICS TS v5.3 to v5.5.
INT/CICS CICS TS v5.5 toleration maintenance has been applied (through an IPL).
When CICS is warm started, multiple SVCDUMP's are produced .
The CICS TS V5.5 regions have to be COLD started to avoid the issues.

Resolution
PTF SO06251 resolves the abends.
