Issue/Introduction
The defective/unused parts are expected to be returned within 5 days of receiving the replacement material.
Resolution
Follow the instructions below to return defective/unused parts:
Upon receipt of requested assets retain all packaging material to reuse as return packaging.
Upon completion of the replacement, carefully repackage the failed or unused components into the container in which the replacement parts were delivered. Make sure to remove any parts not provided with the replacement (Extra Fan, Additional Power Supplies, Rack mounts etc.)
After finishing the packing part, check the RMA-number on the box. If there is no RMA-number already shown on an orange sticker, mark it clearly on the box yourself.
Contact UPS SCS to arrange for the package to be picked up and advise them you will need a return pack label replacement.
Turn equipment packages over to the UPS carrier.
Maintain a record of the return tracking numbers and shipping date for reference.
