When creating a project in MUX it generates an error/warning "Invalid unitID value {0} given for attribute {1}"

Issue/Introduction

After recent upgrade to 15.9.2 we are unable to create projects using template and we are seeing error "Invalid unitID value {0} given for attribute {1}". When attempting to create project via Project list we observe error "Invalid unitid value 5002002 given for attribute odf_obs_fin_dept".

Cause

ERROR 2021-07-01 12:56:12,402 [http-nio-8080-exec-283] property.PropertyViewLoader (clarity:user_name:35829447__E578FA07-F0F6-4B40-83B9-DAEE41DAB5FF:mainnav.work) Exception locating views for object project of subtype update in the database.
java.lang.NullPointerException

Resolution

Delete from odf_default_overrides where object_code = 'project' and attribute_code ='odf_obs_fin_dept'
