UIM connector Status: Initializing

Issue/Introduction

We have UIM installed in the environment and it should send alerts to SOI. The UIM connector does not work. 

 

UIM connector log show this message

2021-07-07 14:59:06,742 ERROR [ModuleErrorListener: CA:00050_XXXX] controller.AlarmSubscriber - (4) not found, Received status (4) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'subscribe' name = 'null'

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : SOI Manager

Resolution

The problem was due to Hub Message Queue missing in UIM.

Once we set it up and restart the Catalyst Container, the UIM connector came online.
