PMO upgrade fails with ORA-02260 and ORA-01408

Issue/Introduction

• We are upgrading PMO and it fails with errors:
• ORA-02260: table can have only one primary key
• ORA-01408: such column list already indexed

Environment

Release : Any

Component : CA PPM ADD-INS (CSP,PMO,DM,EVM)

Resolution

1. Identify the tables for which the error is thrown in the admin.log
2. Connect to the database with the DBA and remove all custom indexes and constraints on those tables
   • All customizations must be removed prior to installs and upgrades
3. Retry the PMO/CSK upgrade with command admin content csk
