CABI asking for login but when I try to log in it just keeps looping/refreshing the login page

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run reports from Operator Console, instead of launching the report it takes me to a CABI login screen.  If I try to log in here it just keeps looping/refreshing the login page.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - CABI

Resolution

1. Deactivate wasp on OC and CABI robots
2. Clear out the contents of the /wasp/work/ folder on both robots
3. Clear browser cache/cookies
4. Activate both wasp probes
