In ARD " is being translated to " when exporting out to automation

Issue/Introduction
The character " (double quotes) is being translated to %quot when exporting out during automation creation.
For example if it is "Path Description Header" and when exporting getting this -- "Path Description Header"

Component : AGILE REQUIREMENTS DESIGNER AGILE CENTRAL INTEGRATION
Resolution
This issue is now fixed and has been delivered as part of ARD 3.2 GA. Please upgrade to ARD 3.2 GA version.
