MSSQL Subset Insert scripts do not correctly reference generated TEMP tables

Issue/Introduction

When generating MSSQL Insert scripts using Subset 4.9.100.60, the resulting scripts create temporary L* tables to hold interim query results.   The subsequent Selects that *should* reference those physical L* tables instead continue to reference the original tables with an L* alias.
