Tabs are missing after applying maintenance.  Space is blank

Environment

  • Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
  • Apache Tomcat

Cause

Tomcat Permissions not set correctly

Resolution

In Services, double click on the Tomcat Service and select the Log on tab and set Log on as Local System Account, Apply and OK
