Not instrumenting with the latest .NET agent on one server

Issue/Introduction

We have 2 app servers. The config has been setup to only monitor a few sites. It works perfect on a01 node. Not on a02 APM agent, we're using the same config and when we hit the site directly on a02, they're not instrumenting.

Release : 20.2, 21.x

Resolution

Found another .NET profiler, e.g. apparently MS SCOM, hijacked the system configuration for .NET profiling that was otherwise supposed to be use Broadcom's APM .NET Agent profiler. Removed the MS profiler settings from registry and asked the customer to restart IIS.
