Environment

Release:
Component: ACFLDP

Resolution

It is only an informational message, and will be seen often in STDERR logs for CA LDAP SERVER for z/OS.

The reason that this message is logged can be explained by the way TCP/IP sockets work, operating in either blocking or non-blocking mode. CA LDAP uses the non-blocking mode to improve performance. This informational message is produced when there is no data in the TCP/IP stack's input buffer. No action is required. Read operations automatically continue when the next data packet appears in the input buffer.
