CCS reporting job error: "Error generating final processed report"

Issue/Introduction
When running Collection-Evaluation-Reporting (CER) or report generation job alone, CCS may return the following error:

The data has been collected and evaluated without issues but generating the final report failed.

CCS 12.5.1
SCU 2021-1
Cause
The Crystal Reports, which is used to process and generate reports in CCS, returns an exception when the system locale is set to Hungarian.
This is caused by the specific date and time format on Hungarian systems: "2021. 06. 22. 11:47:49"
Resolution
Change the system locale from Hungarian to English and reboot the server. The report should be generated without any issues.
