Recently we setup the Semaphore sets utilization alert monitoring through the processes probe, and alerts are generating and tickets are also created but we are having an issue with subsystem.
Even if we add the subsystem field value in the processes probe MessagePool, its not showing up in the alert and due to this tickets are not routing to the proper team.
Please help us to fix fix this.

Essentially, you can just add subsystem IDs manually to UIM using the nas Raw Configuration menu using either IM or the Admin Console. I would use the IM.
In the nas for Nimsoft->alarm->processes, you can rt-click and add a new Subsystemid, e.g.,
Then add it to the Message Pool messages both the Major alarm and the clear message.
