Issue/Introduction

Control Compliance Suite (CCS)

When running a data collection or a CER (Collection-Evaluation-Reporting) job, it fails with the following error:

An error occurred in Data Collection activity: Data Query failed: Results storage failed: System.ApplicationException: Database error during results storage.

Environment

Release : CCS 12.5.x and CCS 12.6.x

Component : CSM_DB database

Resolution

The CSM_DB database has run low on disk space, and the SQL Transaction log does not have enough room to write required information.  Increase space for the CSM_DB database and that will resolve the issue.
