False Long Running or Event Wait Alerts are sent

Issue/Introduction

Randomly, False alerts are generated by Long Execution time (Running) or Long Event Wait statuses in a heavily loaded node.

This alerts are false as the conditions have not been met, as for example some Header or Trailer Uprocs that only take 1s to complete generate them ( as if they had been running for 24h but they were not).

Long duration Alerts Algorithm was not correct.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
