Project Tab header garbled characters in 15.9.2

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading to 15.9.2, some project tabs show garbled characters on certain languages: Norwegian, Danish, Catalan 

When the user language is set to English, Italian, French, Spanish ... tabs display correctly.

When the user language is set to Norwegian, Danish or Catalan we have garbled characters like [[BV0]]

An internationalized product is an English language product with an architecture that supports operation on local language versions of the required operating system and required third-party products, and that supports local language data for input and output. Internationalized products also support the ability to specify local language conventions for date, time, currency, and number formats. A translated product (sometimes referred to as a localized product) is an internationalized product that includes local language support for the user interface of the product and local language default settings for date, time, currency, and number formats.
The English version of Clarity is now localized in these six core languages:
French
German
Spanish
Brazilian Portuguese
Italian
Japanese

Clarity localization is maintained for the above 6 languages. Rest of language localization is not supported.

Resolution

For OnPremise customers:

Locate the language file:

$CLARITY_HOME\resource\messages_no.properties (or messages_da.properties, messages_ca.properties)

Take a backup of the same.

Ensure the following entry reads as:

odf.custom.pageTitlePrefix={0}

 

For SaaS customers this is not possible.
