Policy Server Operations metrics missing in APM after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Policy server operations metrics like average response time and responses per interval are missing under WebView metric browser after upgrading from APM 10.3 to APM 10.7.

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : EP Agent 10.5

 

Cause

While upgrade/migrate few jars are missing.

Resolution

 Follow below steps:

1. Go to APM home directory check if you can see ext/SMM_EMExt.jar

2.  If it is missing, take a copy from working environment

3. and paste in the 10.7 APM ext folder.

4. make sure you add in all collectors and mom if it is cluster environment.

5. You should see the metrics now
