Is it possible to scale up the kubernetes cluster after Dx Platform installation?

Issue/Introduction

If we install the DX platform using 5 application nodes and 3 elastic nodes, Can we add more nodes (app nodes and elastic nodes) later? The use case is that the total APM metrics is initially low/medium, but some months from now more monitored applications will be added, hence increasing the number of metrics and other data. How can this be accomplished?

Resolution

We can add more nodes (app nodes and elastic nodes) to the k8s cluster. All is handled on k8s cluster level and not at DX Platform product level.
Note: All the Prerequisites for Elasticsearch are required for the new node that we add as elastic node.
